Flux Marine reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You agree to use our services solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our systems or interfere with any other user’s access to the services.
Our website offers products for sale, including company merch and deposits on boat packages. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted and are subject to change without notice. All purchases are one-time only. We do not offer subscriptions. We accept various payment methods. Our online store is hosted by Webflow and uses Stripe for payment processing. All transactions are processed securely. For more information, go to the Stripe and/or Webflow websites. We offer shipping on company merch only. All sales are final unless otherwise noted. We do not offer refunds.
If you create or access an account on any of our platforms, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
Flux Marine may collect and use data from your product such as route tracking, performance monitoring, and system diagnostics. Location data is solely derived from equipment installed on your product. Please note that we do not store personal information along with data collected from your product.
All content, features, functionality, trademarks, service marks, logos, and software available through the services are the exclusive property of Flux Marine Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all of our services at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flux Marine Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms will still be considered valid.
