Our state-of-the-art facility in Bristol, Rhode Island, fosters innovation and excellence with a modern office, prototyping and manufacturing shop, CNC room, 3D printer area, and kitchenette. Located in Unity Park, we’re surrounded by vibrant businesses and fantastic dining options. Bristol’s rich maritime history, highlighted by the Herreshoff Manufacturing Company, provides a unique backdrop, fostering a culture of excellence in marine engineering and design.
Each summer we welcome interns from across the country who gain valuable work experience and are assigned projects that align with their academic disciplines and career objectives. Interns work side-by-side with expert professionals on a variety of priority projects to gain hands-on experience. With dedicated project managers and individual mentors, interns receive the guidance and support they need to thrive at Flux. Many of our interns have returned as full-time employees after graduation. We also welcome full-time and part-time interns throughout the school year.
